Larry, I want to thank you for the help and support you gave me in the recent selling/purchasing of my home(s). It was quite a process, given that the whole thing started with a spontaneous decision to put an offer in on a house in a different town! You ramped up quickly; helped me develop a fair offer for the property - you quickly ramped up again to get my existing property sold and beat the bushes looking for a new home. History repeated itself as we made an offer in yet another town only to revoke it as a result of the inspection. I really appreciated your response to that event. I wasn't ready to walk away from the property but you gave me the time I needed to reach the right decision--without any pressure. And then, finally, we found my new home--one I'm now living in and very happy with. Since my decision to move was so spontaneous I really hadn't 'thought-through' all the issues in advance. I know this placed an extra burden on you because I really didn't know what I wanted. I want to thank you for your patience--it couldn't have been easy for you to show me properties you were pretty certain I'd reject. And through it all, you were positive and very helpful. I look forward to working with you again--I have the utmost confidence in you as my representative in selling and buying property.

Being a first time home buyer you’re always nervous about what to look for and what questions to ask, Larry put me right at ease and helped me find the perfect home. He was upfront and honest when he didn’t think a place was a good deal or if he saw a potential problem that could arise and he was positive and helpful when we finally found what I was looking for.
